Atmosphere
Oxygen Training offers you a serene and peaceful atmosphere, that will allow
you to relax amidst waterfalls, candles and the soothing theraputic sounds of world drums.
Oxygen Training Etiquette
- Please arrive on time and remember to turn off your cell phone or to put it on vibrate
- Do not eat for 2 - 3 hours before class
- Drink water before and after your practice in order to keep your body well hydrated.
- No shoes, socks or perfume during class.
- Inform your teacher if you are new or if you have any injuries prior to class.
- Please stay for the entire class or inform the teacher if you need to leave early. The final relaxation at the end of class is important, and takes away from the other students experience and relaxation time if you get up to leave before the end of class.
