Far Infrared Hot Yoga is a fun and dynamic routine that is practiced in a hot room. A gentle, yet challenging class that is designed to work your entire body, from every muscle, joints, tendon & ligament, to your internal organs, glands and every cell in your body. It builds strength, flexibility and balance, and increases your cardiovascular and circulatory systems, while toning the muscles of the body. Unlike most other Far Infrared Hot Yoga class, which runs for about 90 minutes, ours is a 60 minute class that is based on traditional hatha yoga asanas(poses).
We start the class with centering, breath work, gentle stretching on the floor, leading up to standing poses, balancing poses, and then back to floor poses, ending in deep relaxation (savasana) and finally breathing exercises to finish the class. In addition to building strength through elongation and extension of muscles, this gentle Far Infrared Hot Yoga class will also detoxify and tone your internal organs.
